Pepper Ingredients

Grab 20 to 24 peppers to have a perfect amount of peppers for 6 to 8 people. Mix some sweet peppers into the recipe if you have some folks coming with rather timid pallettes.

Stuffing Ingredients

Get some of your favorite cream cheese

Get some Sweet Life BBQ Sauce from Sweet Life Sauce Company

Wrapping Ingredients

Get your favorite ground sausage...it can be mild, spicy, venison, elk, whatever! Just get some ground sausage so you can lay it out on some foil and roll it out thin.

A piece of foil

Directions

Clean and wash your peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes inside the jalapenos. If you want the heat, leave the seeds and membranes alone.

Pipe cream cheese into each of the peppers you have prepared. Fill them right up.

Grab the sausage you have and lay it out on a sheet of tin foil that is about 24 inches long. Using a piece of wax paper or the ziploc bag you just used, start to flatten the sausage out on the foil in a rectangular shape that is roughly 5 to 6 inches wide and 16 to 18 inches long on the pice of tin foil.

Place the stuffed jalapenos on the sausage in a line from end to end leaving about 3 inches of space between each pepper.

Roll the foil around itself with the sausage and twist at each of the breaks between the peppers. You will have a tube of sausage covered peppers that you can simply place on the top rack of your grill on low heat.

Cook your peppers in their foil covers for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Carefully remove the foil from the peppers and place them on the grill to lightly brown up the sausage for a few minutes.

Remove from the heat and let them rest...they are ready to serve to you and your friends!

ENJOY!

All will be well in the land!
