Sweet Life BBQ Sauce

Sweet Life BBQ Sauce is our signature BBQ Sauce at The Sweet Life Sauce Company. This handcrafted, small batch BBQ Sauce starts with fresh apples and raisins as a base and its flavor builds with the addition of natural sweeteners such as Honey and Molasses. Tomatoes, mustard, and vinegar are then added to create the balance between sweet and tangy in your mouth.

Sweet Life BBQ Sauce is blended and finished with select spices that in concert with the other ingredients lend flavors and texture to the body of this BBQ sauce not found in others.

You will note an immediate fresh sweetness with your first taste and as your taste buds awaken, notes of ginger, fresh cracked pepper, and fruit will leave a pleasant finish on your palette.

Spice of Life BBQ Sauce

Spice of Life BBQ Sauce is a natural evolution of our signature sweet BBQ sauce, Sweet Life BBQ Sauce. However, its heady flavors and texture are further developed with a kicked up blend of hot white pepper, ground black pepper, and cracked red pepper.

This peppery blend initially permits the sweetness of the sauce to dazzle your taste buds but get ready, it’s only just begun!

The peppers in Spice of Life BBQ Sauce get their mojo on to mix with the fruity sweetness and deliver a burst of heat to your mouth. This initial burst of heat builds on your palette though it will not overpower.

As the heat continues you will pick up on notes of fresh ginger, horseradish, and aged dark rum which are all allowed to linger for a nice long finish in your mouth.

Screamin' Peaches Hot Sauce. A Habanero and Cayenne Pepper Sauce.

 

Screamin' Peaches Hot Sauce has come to life through the creativity and taste buds of our friends and family at Sweet Life Sauce Company. We wanted a BIG and flavorful peach hot sauce and Screamin' Peaches fit the bill.

Screamin' Peaches Hot Sauce starts with a sweet, peachy punch the second it hits your lips. You get to enjoy the flavors of the peaches as they fill your mouth and then POW!...it immediatley moves from the sweetness to a peachy heat that is intense.

The intitial heat is brought by amped up amounts of Habanero Peppers...the heat is quick and it's intense.

The Habanero pepper lets the heat of the next pepper do its work behind the scenes of your pallette as it transfers to a slow, steady burn from the second pepper in Screamin' Peaches Hot Sauce...Cayenne Pepper..

Our Grilling Rubs!

Symphony of Seasonings Grilling Rub

This rub complements our sauces and a wide variety of meat and fish without masking the flavor of these foods with loads of salt...so prevelent in many of the rubs on the market today. We dare you to read the labels.

Liberally sprinkle and massage in Symphony of Seasonings rubs onto Pork Ribs, Boston Butt, Chicken, Turkey, or your favorite wild game. The spice blend will do its work and permeate the meat. Once you get your masterpiece to the grill or into the oven...hold on...the incredible and wonderful smells that will waft thought your home or yard will be sure to bring your family and friends a knocking!

Use Symphony of Seasonings Grilling Rub with your favorite Olive Oil to create an infused dipping or basting oil to use with chunks of fresh sourdough bread as a simple appetizer. Use the same infused oil to lightly coat fresh shrimp or salmon before getting the grill going.

 

 

 

 

In 2006 and with our first ingredient a sack of fresh picked apples from the corner store in Tamworth, New Hampshire, my wife and I brewed our first batch of BBQ sauce...we called it Sweet Life BBQ Sauce and it was AWESOME!

Our start at the best sweet BBQ sauce recipe began with fresh New England Apples and incorporated flavors from the Southern BBQ Sauces we have grown to know and love. Carolina BBQ Sauces, Texas BBQ Sauces, Georgia BBQ Sauces, and local BBQ sauces we have found around our home in Florida all gave inspiration for the flavors and finish you will find at Sweet Life Sauce Company.

Four years of recipe tinkering, taste testing, shindig basting, lip smacking, and friends saying we have the Best Sweet BBQ Sauce ever has led us to make these sauces available to everyone.

Our two flagship BBQ sauces, Sweet Life BBQ Sauce and Spice of Life BBQ Sauce are now ready for you and your friends to enjoy.
